Here is all the information you need to know when you purchase our fantastic jewellery.

POSTAGE

All postage Australia-wide is free. Yes…absolutely free! And we send everything Express with Australia Post, so you will get your delectable items in the shortest possible time and with total security. You will be given the tracking number and be able to track your parcel until it reaches your waiting hands.

LOCAL STOCK

Please be assured that 100% of our stock is located in Australia and you will not be waiting for your eagerly anticipated items to be shipped in from overseas. We will always send out your ordered items within 2 working days of your payment being received so that we can have the enjoyment of bringing you jewellery-joy and happiness as quickly as possible!

You can pay by Paypal or Credit or Debit Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through our secure online portal on our Shopify-hosted website.

RETURNS

Of course, in the case of any defect in manufacture we will be happy to replace the item or refund your money back upon receipt of the item. All legal rights according to Australian consumer law apply.

You need to ensure all delivery details and the product order is correct upon checkout. An item unable to be delivered due to incorrect delivery address or item "Returned to Sender" due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer or failure to collect the delivery from the designated local post office, will incur a return to sender fee.

PACKAGING

All our delectable items are packed securely for postage in our eco-friendly Earthly Beautiful packing. Items can be gift wrapped on request, please let us know at the time of check-out. If your purchase is a gift being sent directly to a friend or loved one we can leave out the shipping invoice.
